Sorry I can not answer your question. If you have to replace it get a Sears/Craftsman to replace it AND make sure you get a smart one with the smartphone APP or go to Chamberlain who makes them for Sears. The MyQ remote system is very handy to have. Priced about the same as non-smart systems, and the smart system does lights in the house as well. Not sure if I would go to Sears again or straight to Chamberlain. Lowes sells Chamberlain so that is an option as well. The only thing missing is a vacation timer function for the lights. Call Chamberlain at 800-528-9131, they make many brands of garage door opener, they may have made your model, and I find the company that makes it knows more than the company who puts their name on it.
