I have a 9/12 pitch roof and want to purchase a 70" fan. I want keep it close to the ceiling. Can I stack the down rods to achieve the height that I want?


Hello Kathleen, The Maverick 70-in Midnight Black with Natural Honey Blades Covered Outdoor Smart Ceiling Fan Without Light and Remote Control Included 3 -Blade can hung on a sloped ceiling up to 15 degrees with the included canopy. You may obtain a canopy kit, item MC95BK or MC93MBK. They are both available from Lowes. We do not recommend coupling downrods as this will cause a slight wobble at higher speeds. Just a reminder any alterations to the fan installation will void the warranty and safety ratings. Thank you for your interest in Generation Lighting!
