Is there a "how to" video?

All you have to do is clamp it to the board you want the hole drilled into. Loosen the black hand bolt, then slide the turret back or forth to align the hole to be drilled, the front edge of the turret base is the center of the hole to be drilled. Loosen the gray knob and make sure the jig is flat on the board's edge, then retighten the gray knob. Then drill the depth you want the hole to be. The center screw in the middle of the turret needs to be tight or the turret will wobble. to adjust which drill size your using, just lift the turret up and turn it to the hole width you want. The turret sets on a positioning peg, so the turret drops back onto the peg so the hole is back in position. Drill hole, loosen gray knob, slide it over to drill the next hole and retighten gray knob and drill the next hole.
