Will this work on vinyl floors? And can it measure the moister content in the concrete slab underneath the vinyl?


This model is not calibrated for use with concrete. Concrete is in a class by itself when it comes to moisture readings. You need a moisture meter which specifically states that it is calibrated for concrete or has a dedicated concrete setting.
