I see that it's not recommended for running a computer. Is it ok for recharging the battery on my laptop (not running laptop directly from generator)


If the generator is powering loads in your home when connected via manual transfer switch, you could still charge your computer using an in-home power receptacle, so long as your chosen receptacle is isolated in the manual transfer switch connected to your home.
