Do I need the switched neutral kit when hooked up to the home via manual transfer switch, and if so why isnt it mentioned up front?


I'm personaly not sure what a "switched neutral kit" is. We had a proffessional electrician install our transfer box(100 amp breaker box) next to our current breaker set up in our home and 30 amp outlet plug to the outside of our house where the generator would be used. I would highley recommend using a trusted professional to install and set your home up for the correct and SAFE usage. It is truly worth the investment.
