I need to run a propane gas line 20 foot, from a 120 tank, what size of pipe is needed for 10 to 12 inches of water pressure?

We recommend contacting your gas provider, or a licensed plumber, to size the gas line needed for you. Gas pipe size will depend on length of run from the source and how many elbows and T’s there are. Gas line size on our units can range from ¾” to 1 ¼” or greater, depending on the unit and how far from the gas source. Units running on natural gas need 3.5” to 7” of water column of pressure, and units running on propane will need 10” to 12” of water column of pressure.
