Is the 22kw generator shipped with oil already installed?


Hi Dale, thanks for your question! Yes, all of our home standby generators come shipped from the factory with conventional oil, which is meant to be used during the break-in period to properly seat internal engine components. After this break-in period, (which is the first 25 hours of operation) an oil change is required.
