The unit is an outdoor use only item and will need to be 5 feet from any surface to ensure the unit does not overheat. The exhaust is towards the rear of the unit, opposite the side where the control panel is located. High heat and high humidity can affect the output wattage of the unit, decreasing maximum power by approximately 1% for each 10°F above 80°F ambient temperature. The generator should always be stored in a cool, dry place. The LP3250 portable generator is rated for a continuous output of 3250 watts, with a rated amperage of 13.5 amps at 240 volts. You will want to ensure that all of the items you intend to run will not exceed this rating.
