When connecting to main panel, do you connect to a new single 50A breaker or do you connect to each individual breaker you want to connect to gen?


Much like a subpanel, you will need to put a 2-pole breaker into the main panel and then physically remove the breakers you want to protect and place them in the transfer switch.
