Thank you for providing the approved utility providers, which I already have.  You did not answer my question.  Generac claims that the Generac RXGUW200A3 ATS is only compliant in California and CANNOT be sold outside of California.  Clay County Cooperative and Ocala Electric in Florida have approved the Generac RXGUW200A3 ATS.
