Will this power my camper ac 15000 btu

I can't be sure, but probably not. This unit delivers 3300 running watts. A little research showed that an average 15000 BTU camper air conditioner requires 15 amps of current at 115 volts. That's 1725 watts. But an air conditioner compressor requires surge watts to start, which are on the order of two to three times the running watts. On the lower end that's 3450 watts and on the high end it's 5175. This unit only offers 3750 surge watts. As such, you'd likely be pushing it. I'd recommend a larger gen-set.
