generac 3300 with 30 amp camper adapter

From my experience a 30 amp 240V plug has four prongs and the ground prong has a bend which points inwards towards the center of the plug. The 240V receptacle on this generator is a 20 amp type with the bend on the ground prong pointing outwards from the center. I have my GP3300 running now to power a camper and I doubt it would run an AC unit, although I haven't tried. I guess it depends on whether or not the AC unit draws 14 amps or less. Probably NOT.

The unit will also come with an RV adaptor to assist in connecting the unit’s 20 amp twist lock receptacle to a 30 amp rated connection on your RV. Please note, however, that any power draw above the generator’s rated capacity could cause permanent damage to the unit, and any damage due to overloading the generator would not be warrantable.
No. It has two 14 amp breakers tied to that receptacle. Feeding off it will give a theoretical maximum of 28 amps with a real draw of around 27.5 amps. If the label on the unit states the startup or running amps will not exceed 27.5 amps, it will run it. Period.
