The rug shipped folded in a box vs rolled. After unpacking the carpet has major creases and buckles along folds. How are these removed?


Just lay the rug flat and the creases will come out naturally within a few days. There are some extream ways to speed up the process. You can take a hair dryer and heat up the backing where the crease are.
