Will this handle (Item #141612 Model #110) accept a 5/16" rope?


Might be kinda tight. The rope that comes with it is about 1/8 to maybe 3/16. Depends on if your rope will compress when you drag it though the connection slot in the handle

You'd have to drill out the handle. It has about a 3/16" hole now.

Yes, just make sure to tie a good knot to prevent it from slipping back through.
