What filter can I put in this to protect children from smoke inhalation

Hi there, happy to help! The masks will help prevent smoke inhalation. It's designed to have a snug fit, but we recommend a tighter fit when used to prevent breathing in smoke. You can use double-sided tape to seal the mask to your cheeks and/or chin. (This is a method commonly used by healthcare professionals to secure surgical masks; sounds weird, but who are we to question.) The GIR Mask (that includes GIR filters) is a general purpose mask. While it has not been specifically tested for smoke inhalation, it does support a PFE (Particle Filtration Efficiency) over 95% at 0.3 microns and a BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency) over 99% for particles at 3.0 microns, similar to the N95 mask specifications. Please, let us know if you have any other questions, thank you!
