Can the exit and / or entry delay be bypassed to provide immediate alarm?

Yes...in a way. After the 30 second entry delay I go ahead and trip the alarm and then get out of the building as quickly as I can. After the initial 30 second delay the first time it's tripped (which is followed by 30 seconds of ear-piercing alarm any subsequent time it's tripped, by the same person right then or even weeks later) it sounds immediately. That makes it an immediate alarm. I don't worry about the exit delay because ... hey, I'm the only person there.
