My washer knock and rocks (and actualy moves some) when it spins. What makes this happen, and what can I do to stop it?


Did you try changing the setting for the type of floor service it is on? I played around with the different settings and found that the default setting worked best (we are on a concrete floor but the washer is placed on a very strong wood cabinet). Also, the load may be off balance which causes it to rock when it spins.

it is not level. All 4 feet are not touching the floor. You need to adjust the 2 (maybe all 4 adjust) legs by screwing them up or down so weight is even on all 4 feet
