Also, when baking cookies, the heat seems uneven. Some cookies are darker than others and then ones on the bottom rack need a few more minutes than the top rack. Never experienced this in our old oven


If your oven is baking unevenly, it could be that the unit was not properly level when installed. Please ensure that it is level. Your new oven also may have different cooking modes than your previous one did, and recipes may need to be adjusted. You can also adjust the temperature of the unit.
