Does the timer function turn off the burner and/or oven or just notify when the set time has elapsed?

Hello. We appreciate you reaching out to us, and your interest in this induction range! We know how important the Timer feature is, and are glad to clarify. There is a Kitchen Timer function on this unit that works as a countdown. If you use this function the timer will alert you when the time is up, but the oven will continue to operate. However, there is also a Cook Time function that actually counts down the cooking time and turns off the oven when the time has expired.
