I noticed that the water level on the super size load is only about 6 inches. Is this normal?

Hello Sue, I am happy to help. Select your preferred load size for the desired water level. "Super" is the largest load size option. Make sure to choose the Deep Rinse option when a deep fill is desired to remove soap residue or when using a fabric softener. This system requires less water while providing effective cleaning action. You may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer. It is not normal to be only six inches in super.
