The system leaks all the time is there a solution?

Dear valued customer thank you for your question concerning our Universal Toilet Repair Kit. The Refill Tube might be inserted into the "Overflow Pipe" which is part of the Flush Valve (the drain that the flapper is attached). If the tubing is inserted or shoved into the overflow pipe I recommend removing it from the pipe and using a "Refill Clip" to attach the tubing above the pipe. This action will break the siphon and stop water loss from the tank.
