Will this work on a glacier bay orion? And can the flusher be for the left side

The flusher will definitely work for a left sided toilet handle. If you need to bend the handle, the plastic is bendable and will allow you to bend it to a shape that will fit for a left sided configuration. As for whether or not the rest of the parts will work in a Glacier Bay Orion, I was unable to find a toilet with that title unfortunately, so I do not know, and would recommend contacting Glacier Bay.
