Is this tape toxic to fish or horses ? I wanted to patch a hole in a water trough I am using for a garden pond. Can you use it on plastic ?

Hi Teddy, great question! Many people have had success using Flex Seal Liquid for this application. Once fully cured, Flex Seal Liquid has been tested for safe use around plants. It has not been tested for use around animals, but nothing in the product that would cause harm once the product is fully cured. We do not recommend using it if there is a chance the animal might ingest it. Examples: Horse and or cattle troughs would be reasonable but chicken water troughs might lead to ingestion because chickens peck. If someone wants to use it to seal a fish tank the answer would have to be not recommended because fish have a tendency to pick at and taste things in the water.
