can this smoke detector be linked to an alarm in an security panel


do not know as mine was installed in a 120 volt house system with no panels. You would have to check you literature to see what the requirements are for your system. If you do not have paperwork, try going on line with the manufacturer and model number. If all else fails, take one unit down and take it with you to a store that can advise you
