Is this fan compatible with the Fanimation downrods?


you can't use a down rod with this one. i bought 4 of these based on this answer but have to return now. i did call fanimation to confirm.

Please use Fanimation Studio Threaded downrods for the AireFlush ceiling fan. You can locate by searching for Fanimation Studio Collection Threaded 18-in Matte White Steel Indoor Angle Mount Capable Ceiling Fan Downrod, Item #877500 or Model #DRT1-18LMW This is for the 18 inch version, but we offer other lengths to ensure the proper selection. When installing a ceiling fan, the recommended downrod length is based on the ceiling height. The ideal distance for a ceiling fan is 7 to 9 feet from the ceiling fan blades to the floor.
