What is the type of saw that would be best to cut this type of material ?


I've custom built many closets with melamine and have had the best luck with a special melamine blade. Lasts longer too.

You will need either a table saw or circular saw with a fine tooth carbide tip, the higher the tooth count the better. Minimum 80 tooth for a table saw and 100 tooth for circular saw. Apply masking tape on the side where the blade will exist to minimize chip out.
