Does this fireplace have any flames ? ours just glows


There is a spinning stick inside with reflectors on it that comes loose and falls off of the motor. This stops the flickering effect. Open to fix

When we first plugged ours in, the flames danced around but now they just glow and the 3D is not working. I’m sure it’s user error. Hoping someone has ideas on how to fix. The troubleshooting section of the manual didn’t work.
