Can decorative switches be used on three way wiring, if so, how do you wire?

Thank you for your question. Yes, decorator switches can be used in a 3 way setup. Wiring instructions are included in the packaging of the product.
Was this Answer Helpful ?Yes, if you buy the 3 way decorative switches. The common terminal on each switch will be marked and may be black. The hot power in should go on this common screw. At the other switch the hot to the light goes on the common screw. The two travelers go on the two remaining screw at each switch.

Was this Answer Helpful ?A 3-way switch has one hot terminal (incoming current) and 2 traveler terminals (outgoing current) When switch is up, current flows through one traveler, when switch is down, current flows through the other traveler. When paired with another 3-way, either will turn on/off the same thing (usually a light). Decorator is a style term, not a function term. To wire a 3-way, you must have a 3-way switch... decorator or not.
