there are two switches with identical description. Both Eaton. #70610 is $.69 and #79140 is $4.18. What is the difference?

Hello and Thank you for bringing this to Eaton's attention. There is an update Eaton needs to work with Lowe's to fix the descriptions. But for your knowledge, part # 1301-7W--is just the standard switch with ground screw and part # 1301-7LTW--is a toggle switch with a NEON bulb to light when in the off position and has a ground screw. Thank you and this will be escalated to the Product line.
