Hello the Eaton Wiring Device switch # 7501 is only a single pole switch. This switch does require a HOT(black), Neutral(white) and Green(aground) wire coming in and three more of the same wires going out. Please call Eaton Tech support at 1-877-386-2273 for further assistance
