Will this work with a12VDC water pump?


I very much doubt it. This works off AC and, in fact, if the AC wires are reversed it won't work at all. Also, it uses LEDs, which are usually specific to AC or DC.

No. This timer is for 120VAC only.

You could use this to power a 120VAC relay which would, in turn, switch 12VDC (from your DC source) to your pump.
