I just installed this switch and it is very stiff. Did I get a defective one or is there anyway to lubricate?


Hello - No the Eaton Wiring Device 4way toggle switch # 1242-7 would not be defective and unfortunately there is no way to lubricate the unit. If you are unsatisfied with the unit please return it for a replacement.
