what is a ghosting affect? What does it look like or do? How long does the lighted part of the switch last?

Hello, good question. Ghosting effect happens only with LED bulbs or fixtures. In the Eaton illuminated decorator switch # 7513W, We add a NEON bulb for the switch illumination. This little bit of voltage is pulled through by the LED bulb or fixture and causes the bulb or fixture to have a faint glow. You would think the light is not off, but it actually is. This is not hurting the bulb, fixture, wire or switch, but can be a nuisance to a customer. All switch manufactures experience this effect and it doesn't happen to all bulb or fixtures. It is usually the higher end LED bulbs or fixtures do not experience this effect. thank you
