The black screw for power seems to be where one of the brass traveler screws should be. There is nothing in the box to verify with.

Hello, The terminal screw layout is different on the decorator style 3-way switch # 7503, than a standard toggle 3-way switch. But the wiring is still the same, incoming power on the black screw, your two travelers on the brass screws and on the other 3-way switch, travelers on the brass screws and out to your light load on the black screw.
