TO use this will i have to take out the heating element?

It is not necessary to remove the heating element when using Easy Off Fume Free Oven Cleaner. Do not spray on pilot light, electrical connections, switches, lightbulbs, heating elements, or thermostats. • (Should any product accidentally come in contact with the heating elements, wipe it off with a damp sponge and allow to dry completely before heating the oven). Since no heat is necessary, electrical heating elements can be removed from the oven before cleaning. The plug area should be covered to avoid spraying where the heating elements are attached. Easy Off Fume Free Oven Cleaner must be used as per label directions and in conjunction with the care instructions provided by the appliance manufacturer.
