Does the sweeper work well on high pile carpeting? Also, are you able to disengage the brush roll for a shag area rug?


Hi Jen, its Tameka with Dyson. The DC50 Multi floor is designed for all floor types. However, we do recommend contacting your carpet manufacturer to see if high suctioned power machines, such as Dyson is suitable for your specific flooring.
