will it cut bolt heads off.?

'Probably.' It's a matter of scale. Depends on what you mean by 'bolt.' :) The #426 fiber cutoff wheel will zip right through 1/8" piano wire. 1/4" bolt might take 'a while.' I don't think I'd try it on 3/8" simply because the wheel isn't big enough.

The EZ Lock accessories require the EZ402 mandrel sold separately. The 426 and 456 require the 402 mandrel sold separately.
