How does the user have the logs glowing but no flame? It seems to be by using the flame effect on the remote, but now that button is turning the flame and logs on and off all together.


Hi Queztion, Please ensure you are operating the unit correctly as the remote has the flame button where as the manual buttons do not. This unit can be used with just flames or just heat.
