Dimplex responded that there will be a gap when replacing the EF2604 (ElectraFlame). What can be done about that? MON1


Good Day, The closest new model firebox we can offer as a replacement for the older model EF2604 has different measurements. There might indeed be a gap if that EF2604 was originally sold in some of our mantels. The option we suggest is that a customer trim be designed.
