Are the two handles supposed to move together? I thought I would be able to move them independently. I have to hold one in place while moving the other. Wondering if it was installed correctly?


Hi Jill, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T17289-BL. Moving the volume handle does move the temperature knob but does not change the temperature.
