Can the shower head rotate so that it can be pointed down?

No, the only shower head adjustment is made by raising or lowering it on the slide bar.
Was this Answer Helpful ?There is a swivel on the "slide" that goes up and down, so there is some amount of movement. Ours can be turned so the spray is straight down.
