is it supposed to be extremely easy to turn, or is it supposed to have some resistance. I changed for a new cartridge, and the water is still cold, very little hot water. So is this cartridge defective?


Hello , Thank you for your question! I am happy to help you! The shower unit can be adjusted, I have attached a link to show how to adjust the RLS on our Delta shower cartridges.
