Replaced cartridge w/ this for shower leak. Still leaked so replaced entire valve body & reinserted this one. Now won’t turn off. What do I do?


Thank you for your question. The Delta RP19804 Valve Cartridge Assembly will only fit our Delta 1400 Series Valves that were installed before 2006. If you installed a Delta Multichoice Universal Rough-IN R10000-UNBX valve you would need the RP46074 cartridge assembly. Best regards, Tanya
