Hello Barb, Thank you for your question on the In2ition Chrome-Spray Shower Head. I will be glad to help you. Model number 75481D is a discontinued shower head that was replaced by model 75490. The difference between model 75490 and model 75491 is the flow rate shower head produces. Model number 75490 has a flow rate of 2.5 GPM (gallons per minute) whereas, model 75491 is designed with our water saving technology and has a flow rate of 1.75 GPM.
