Does the shower head swivel or tilt up and down?

It does but not much and it's very hard to keep tight.

The shower head is mounted in a ball joint which swivels. You can see it in person in the showroom. I bought mine 12 years ago. Still works flawlessly. Of all the items I review for Lowes this one generates the most questions!
