Should I be able to pull out the hand shower by just pulling? If I don't hold outer ring in place while pulling handle, feels like will break. Normal?


This model does NOT have a magnet. The hand held is attached by plastic clips. Just pull hard until it pops out.

Thank you for your question! The hand shower is removed by grabbing the wand, and just pulling it off the fixed head. There is a magnet, where the hand piece docks to the back of the fixed shower head. Best Regards, Benjamin
