How do you remove the hand held? My instructions were thrown out before I could read them


This model does NOT have a magnet. The hand held is attached by plastic clips. Just pull hard until it pops out.

Thank you for your question! The hand shower is removed by grabbing the wand (which is the piece the hose connects to) and just pulling it off the fixed head. There is a magnet, where the hand piece docks to the back of the fixed shower head. Best Regards, Benjamin
