WHy does the detatchable part of my shower not work?


Hello mightly, Thank you for your question! I apologize that you are experiencing low flow out of the hand shower and we will be happy to help you today! We recommend soaking the hand shower in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 15 minutes to help remove any debris or build up within the hand shower.
