can a pur spout filter be installed in place of aerator


We put a Pur water filter on the faucet and it made the faucet leak badly over time from the pressure. I would not recommend it!!! :(

Yes, it has a removable aerator and then you install the Pur in its place.

Have a reverse-osmosis system with separate small faucet, thus have never tried an after-market attached purifier on faucet. Only way to be certain is to purchase the Pur and determine if threading is same (after removal of aerator). If not same, return the Pur.

yes I put a PUR filter on mine as soon as I installed it. Just remove aerator and install the correct adapter included with the PUR filter
